Les Spray – President
Living in Oklahoma his entire life, Les Spray has grown up in the oil industry. His 30-plus year career has been working in oilfield construction and trucking, providing time as both a driller and a manager of trucking companies.
In 2001, Les formed Orion Construction Services Corp. to concentrate their efforts in the critical area of heavy civil construction to build wind farms, electrical substations and continue to provide roadwork into and out of the oil patch.
Well-versed in all aspects of the business, sales and management side of the industry, Les is a highly experienced professional who never promises more than he can deliver – and always delivers what
he promises.

Brandon Spray – Vice President
Brandon grew up in Oklahoma and was mentored by his father Les Spray becoming experienced in all aspects of the company’s business.
His early experiences as a roustabout, truck driver and equipment operator have given him the insight to become a strong leader for the company. He has taken on responsibilities of estimating and project management as well as overall employee management. He is particularly experienced in wind farm construction having worked on-site on many projects.

Jason Ridenhour – Vice President
Another Oklahoma native son, Jason began as a roustabout and worked his way up through the company tackling every opportunity head-on that has presented itself along the way.
Jason has mastered and learned every assignment – from heavy equipment operation and maintenance, to direct customer interaction and service.
Jason takes great pride in his ability and work ethic to see projects through to their completion. These attributes serve him well as he exercises his supervisory and leadership skills to oversee the implementation of complex bid proposals and successful completion of detailed projects.

Brad Spray – Treasurer
Brad has immersed himself in every aspect of the organization to learn as much as he could about its operation. He began in sales and has since shown an ability to supervise crews and manage work particularly in the oilfield industry.
He has used his outgoing personality, ethical business philosophies, outstanding people skills and dedication to customer satisfaction to the company’s and customer’s advantage.
